Erasmus+ Incoming Students
Welcome to the Department of Foreign Languages, Literatures and Cultures!
In our Department we offer several Degree Courses – at BA and at MA level. Incoming students are invited to refer to their Erasmus Departmental Coordinator who will help them selecting courses, signing their learning agreements etc. Please check who is your Erasmus Incoming Coordinator:

International Welcome Day – Academic Year 2024/2025: I Semester
There will be an International Welcome Day for Incoming students arriving in the I semester. We will let you know when and where as soon as possible. Date and venue will be published in this page and you will receive an official communication from our Office.
What to do before coming to Roma Tre University (Application form)
If you are going to spend your Erasmus study period at Roma Tre, you must ensure that your University officially communicated your nomination by email to our Office – Link identifier #identifier__23255-3International Mobility Office . Thereafter, you must fill in our Link identifier #identifier__176431-4Application Form online. The Application Form must then be printed, signed by you and by your local coordinator at your university, then sent to the International Mobility Office via Link identifier #identifier__69585-5helpdesk . As soon as our Office receives your nomination, we will send you confirmation of acceptance by email.
Please take note of the following deadlines for filling in the Application Form:
- from March 30th to June 15th for students arriving in the first semester for one semester or for the academic year;
- from September 30th to November 15th for students arriving in the second semester.
Roma Tre offers free Italian language courses for Erasmus students. To attend them, you must register in advance through the Link identifier #identifier__136489-6website of Centro Linguistico di Ateneo.
Please make sure you have a valid Health Insurance before coming to Italy (there might be special agreements between your country and Italy: it is your responsibility to check this out before coming to Italy).
Registration at Roma Tre University
To complete your registration as an Erasmus student, you have to attend the Erasmus Welcome Day. If you cannot be there, you must send a ‘ticket’ through Link identifier #identifier__80335-7https://help.uniroma3.it/ uploading a copy of the following compulsory documents (please send them as a single attachment):
- the proof of your arrival in Rome (flight ticket and boarding pass / train ticket / bus ticket, etc.);
- a copy of your Identity card/Passport.
Once we have all the documents listed above, we will register you as Erasmus Incoming students and you will receive a Roma Tre certificate of registration. You will also receive an email with a User Id and a password to access your Link identifier #identifier__7948-8Reserved Area. Through the Student Portal you will be able to constantly check your academic career, register for exams and print certificates such as the Transcript of Records.
Study Plan and Learning Agreement
The Link identifier #identifier__90540-9Erasmus departmental Coordinator must be contacted by Erasmus Incoming students immediately after registration to define a Study Plan, to sign a Learning Agreement, to get information about Link identifier #identifier__130980-10courses , Link identifier #identifier__110290-11courses in English and teachers. Our Office staff and the Erasmus Coordinators together with appointed tutors are available to support and guide Incoming students in their initial phase of stay and throughout their Erasmus period.
Our Erasmus Coordinators are also available to meet students during their office hours by appointment (please send them an email or check their personal webpage to know their office hours). If at any stage you decide to change the Study Plan you provided in your Application Form, please remember that you must update your Link identifier #identifier__10239-12Student Personal Page accordingly (log in with the User Id and password received by email).
Please take note of the following deadlines for sending your signed Learning Agreement to the International Mobility Office:
- no later than 30th October for students arriving in the first semester;
- no later than 31st March for students arriving in the second semester.
If our Office does not receive a copy of the final Learning Agreement the Certificate of Stay will not be issued.

What to do once You have left Rome
In order to receive the Attendance Certificate, students have to send proof of their departure from Rome (flight ticket and boarding pass / train ticket / bus ticket, etc.) to the International Mobility Office via ticket at Link identifier #identifier__266-14https://help.uniroma3.it/
No Attendance Certificates will be issued while you are still in Italy.
